Saying that this winter has been a long one is a understatement of epic proportions. As soon as the sun shone and the snow was shallow enough to plow a stroller through, we were game! Today we made the short trek to the neighborhood park for the first time as a family.
The park is one of our favorite spots to take photos, as we can look back on them all from Mia's babyhood on. It's neat to think that all of our kiddos (so far) will have pictures documenting their playtime at this neighborhood gathering place.

Next time I'll have to bring my (new, sweet) camera to take a few pictures of Luke. You know, as pay back. :)
Side Note/Interesting Story: While at the park we saw a police stick up. Just past the street, three cop cars pulled over and arrested a dude, guns drawn and everything. It wasn't too dramatic, but we were told to move out of the way until it was clear. We're grateful for the great law enforcement we have in this city. Honestly, it could've been anywhere, but these officers were great.
Anyway, we're greatly looking forward to more sunny days at the park!
