Have you ever heard that expression about the cobbler's children not having any shoes? The assumption that at the end of the day, the Cobbler was to tired of making shoes to outfit his own kids in them. When people meet us, and hear what we do, they often say "you must have so many pictures of your kids"! Well, they're right. We try to take pictures of our kids in their days as they are. But there is something fun about picking out a cute outfit and heading out to a studio. Especially when you're 5, the oldest of 3, and need to feel special once in a while. So Mia was celebrated, photographed, and allowed to boss us around a bit for this shoot. I was surprised at how much fun she was having on the backdrop, wanting to get creative and telling us what it should look like.
